• The full session fee is due at the time of booking, and payment not received within 7 days of booking will result in the session being cancelled.

• All fees and deposits are non-refundable, including cancellation or rescheduling of sessions for any reason other than inclement weather. 

​

• Please allow a minimum 24 hours notice if rescheduling will be required, failure to give minimum notice will result in a $50.00 rebooking fee. 

​

• All images remain the property of Wolf & Feather Photography, in which the copyright is held by the photographer (Robin Miller).  All images are copyright protected by Wolf & Feather Photography, making it illegal to reprint/reproduce any of the images, negatives, or photos elsewhere, unless the copyright is purchased and permission is obtained from Wolf & Feather Photography.

• Digital files may be purchased by the client to reproduce and/or duplicate for personal use only.  The copyright inclusive of all digital files, printed images, or edited photographs still remain solely and exclusively to Wolf & Feather Photography.  

​

• The photographer's (Robin Miller) copyright is protected by federal law.  Upon signing this contract, the client consents to forgo any unauthorized reproduction of images, including but not limited to commercial use.  Without written authorized license from Robin Miller of Wolf & Feather Photography. The client will refrain from scanning, altering, editing, cropping, filtering, or duplicating any printed image, digital file, or watermarked image online.

• Notice of Copyright: failure to comply with copyright regulations is illegal.  Without the photographers written permission to copy and replicate any of Wolf & Feather Photography’s work, violators of this federal law will be subject to criminal and civil penalties.  

​

• In the unlikely event that Wolf & Feather Photography is unable to perform the execution of this contract due to illness, fire, casualty, strike, act of God, or any other cause that is out of the control of the photographer, then the session will be rescheduled at the next earliest convenience as per the client’s request.  Otherwise, the deposit will be returned to the client in a timely manner.   However, Wolf & Feather Photography will hold no further liability in regard to this contract.

• A limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographs and/or product is damaged, lost through technical malfunction, or otherwise destroyed or harmed, Wolf & Feather Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the value contracted. 

​

• The outstanding balance must be paid in full to receive any product or preview of the service.  

 

• Orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. 

​

• Once the product (Prints or USB) is delivered, the client has 7 days to inform the photographer by written notice of any quality defects (evidence may be emailed), and thereafter, the client waives any right to make a claim of damage/defect to be replaced/repaired.   

​

• Fully edited proof files provided for purchase are the PHOTOGRAPHERS CHOICE. Unedited raw images are not available for sale, as they do not fully reflect the photographer’s art. This is non-negotiable.

​

• Digital Print packages must be purchased to order any A La Carte items.

        PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

• Wolf & Feather Photography aims to achieve your utmost satisfaction in the outcome and product of your photo session.  If you feel your expectations have not been met, please contact Wolf & Feather Photography to discuss these issues. 

​

• Any session do over will ultimately be at the discretion of Wolf & Feather Photography.

 

• If you are choosing to circumcise, this procedure must be done after the session date, as this limits the amount of poses that are comfortable for baby. Babies will be turned away if non compliance.

 

• If Client is more than 15 Minutes late sessions will be rescheduled for a $75.00 fee at the photographer’s discretion.

​

• Wolf & Feather Photography maintains the right to use the negatives, prints, images, CDs, DVDs, and any other product to be displayed, published, and exhibited for advertising and marketing in any capacity unless predetermined otherwise.  

 

• The client consents and authorizes the use and reproduction of any image taken by Wolf & Feather Photography and permits the unrestricted right of usage and publication of any photographs that Wolf & Feather Photography has taken of the client and the clients dependents, inclusively. The client grants Wolf & Feather Photography the right to use the photographs for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising and marketing purposes by way of display, publication, exhibition, books, brochures, social media, online advertising, etc. without any compensation to the client.  

 

        ***If model is a minor, the parent or a legal guardian of the model who has full legal capacity must consent on behalf of the minor to the session and to execute the                    release of all rights in the models consent.
